Massage therapy is an age-old form of healing that helps the body in many different ways. Besides relaxing the body and relieving stress, it loosens tight muscles and increases mobility and flexibility. And it increases fluid and circulation flow in the body and releases harmful toxins. It also helps to re-align and balance your structure, relieving pain and promoting better health. TYPES OF MASSAGE Swedish Massage - A therapeutic massage with relaxing strokes that will help tense muscles and reduce stress and anxiety. Sports Massage - Deep work on specific muscle areas for better performance, can improve power, speed and flexibility. Repetitive-Use Injury Therapy (R.I.T.) - Working with people with chronic pain such as carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, frozen shoulder, lower back pain, sciatica and tension headaches by helping release these areas in only a few treatment sessions.
